G-mee Returns and Refunds Policy
When purchasing a G-mee device from G-mee.com we will give you 30 days to try your G-mee, and if you don’t love it, you can return it for a full refund. It’s a 30 day guarantee. Just tell us before 30 days after your initial date of purchase or 30 days after the date of your item is shipped to you in the case of a pre-order, by way of completing the form below and we will refund your purchase price.
We will need you to box up your G-mee in the original packaging box, with the included accessories and place the box in a mail bag. Attach the mail slip that we send to you and mail the item back to us. Once it’s received we will check to ensure its in good working order and then we will issue you a refund.
After the 30 day period you still have the opportunity to have your G-mee repaired, replaced or the purchase price refunded, if your G-mee stops operating under regular use. We have outlined the Warranty details of your G-mee on the Warranty page.
