Warranty & Fine Print

12 Month Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on your purchased G-mee devices. That means if sometime in the first twelve months of ownership, following regular use, your device stops working for any reason, we will exchange it for another one. Should this occur, we might ask you to try some basic tests to get your device working again, but if they don’t work our customer support team will provide details on how to get your device back to us so we can check it and then send you replacement.
